The Gatherelle Founding Circle

Lola chose you.
Personally.

The Founding Circle — you are inside Gatherelle before the world finds it.

You are receiving this because someone — me — thought of you specifically. Not because of your title, your employer, or your LinkedIn profile. Because of who you are in a room.

This page is for you and the women you choose to share it with. It is not public. It is not listed. It exists only because Lola built it — for you.

"W.I.S.O.N."

where is she off to now

A note from Lola

For the past ten years I have used the hashtag "where is she off to now" on my travels and whilst out at exquisite dining experiences. People would ask to join me — drawn to where I travelled, the tables I sat at, the rooms I found my way into. Now I am opening that world out to others.

I have been building Gatherelle for a while now. A private membership for accomplished women — private dining in rooms not listed anywhere, monthly speakers who change how you think, a community of women who have earned their place in every room they have entered.

Before Gatherelle opens to the world in September 2026, I want to build it with a small founding circle of women I have personally chosen. Each one selected not for your title or your employer, but for who you are in a room.

The founding circle is not membership — not yet. It is six months of evenings together. Dinners, cultural experiences, conversations, a sensory evening, a gallery visit. You cover your own event costs, as you would at any dinner with a friend — roughly £55 to £80 per event depending on the evening. Some months the event is virtual and costs nothing.

At the end of six months, She Has Arrived membership opens at £39 per month. As a founding circle member, your rate is locked for life. It will never increase, whatever the standard rate becomes. There is no obligation — but I think you will want to stay.

I am not asking for a formal commitment. What I am asking is whether you want to be in the room before anyone else has found it.

When one chair is empty, the room feels it. I chose you because I believed you would want to be there.

— Lola Awofadeju Founder, Gatherelle

What Gatherelle is

The room she was
always meant for.

Not a networking club. Not a corporate perk. Not an initiative. A private world for accomplished women — the room that did not exist until now.

01

Private dining in rooms not listed anywhere

Two private dining events per year in rooms you will not find by searching. Iconic British addresses, Michelin-starred private rooms, legendary estates. The venue is revealed three weeks before each event — never before. The mystery is not a marketing technique. It is the architecture of trust. She Has Arrived members get two events per year. Founding circle "W.I.S.O.N." — where is she off to now — members get four quarterly dinners in an even more intimate setting.

02

Monthly speaker evenings that actually change things

Not panels. Not webinars. A GMC-registered women's health specialist on hormones and longevity. An FCA-regulated female financial advisor on salary negotiation and wealth. A barrister on knowing your rights. A founder on what she got wrong. Women who have something genuine to say, in a room of women who are ready to hear it. Monthly. Mostly virtual. Always honest.

03

A community of accomplished women — actually curated

Every member is vetted personally by Lola. The question is not what her title is — it is whether the room improves with her in it. The member directory. Private messaging. Roundtables. A space where she is not the only accomplished woman in the room for once, and everyone knows it.

04

During the founding period — the sensory evening

One of the six months is The Connoisseur's Evening — a specialist brings their craft to the room. A perfumer, a tea master, an artisan chocolatier. Something that opens a conversation no one expected to have. This is also your preview of what awaits She Has Arrived members every year as part of the programme. After the founding period, the full privileges suite opens — airport lounges, exceptional hotel rates, gallery evenings, theatre priority and everything else. During the six months, the privilege is the room itself.

05

After the founding period — what She Has Arrived looks like

From month seven as a She Has Arrived member: two fully included private dining experiences per year — the meal and soft drinks or teas are covered by your membership, alcohol is personal and optional unless the event is a bottomless dining format in which case it is included. Airport lounge access at 1,800+ lounges worldwide. Exceptional hotel rates arranged on joining. Private gallery evenings. Theatre priority. The annual December gala — partners and guests welcome. "W.I.S.O.N." — where is she off to now — founding members receive priority gala seating and their guest's ticket is covered by Gatherelle. As a founding circle member, you are first in line for everything.

A private evening

"The kind of evening you did not know you were waiting for."

The founding period

Six months.
Before the world arrives.

What the founding period looks like — honestly. The specific events, venues and dates are confirmed as we go, always in advance, always with the cost shared before you commit to anything.

The shape

Each month

Three or four evenings across the six months

Not every month has a physical event — some months the event is virtual and costs nothing. Physical gatherings happen every six to eight weeks. The rhythm is intentional: the gap between evenings builds anticipation rather than obligation.

The formats

What we do

Physical evenings, virtual evenings, and one intimate at-home conversation

Physical evenings range from cultural experiences and private dining to sensory evenings with a specialist — a perfumer, a chocolatier, a tea master. Virtual evenings are speaker-led and accessible from anywhere. One evening will be at home — intimate, informal, the kind of conversation that does not happen enough. Each event is confirmed with full details and cost at least two weeks before the date.

The cost

What you pay

Your share of each event — confirmed in advance, paid two weeks before

I will never ask you to pay for something without telling you the full cost first. Once you confirm your place at any event, full payment is due two weeks before the date. This covers your share of the venue, food, and any included soft drinks or teas. Alcohol is always an optional personal addition at the bar — it is never included in the shared cost and never expected. Virtual evenings cost nothing. Physical evenings vary — I will always tell you before you commit.

No surprises. No payment on the night. No awkward moments at the table.

The welcome

What arrives

A Gatherelle welcome box — after your first event

Three days after the first evening, something arrives. Not before — after. Because it is a continuation of the night, not an incentive to show up. You will know what is inside when it lands on your doorstep.

Lola's gift — there is no cost to you.

Month six

The opening

Gatherelle opens — and your founding rate is locked

At the end of the six months, She Has Arrived membership opens at £39 per month. Lola will reach out personally before anything goes public. Your founding rate is locked for life — it will never increase regardless of what the standard rate becomes for women who join later. No obligation. No automatic charge. Just a personal message from Lola and a link if you are ready.

£39 per month. Founding rate. Locked for life.
The model — honestly

What you pay.
What you receive.

Lola believes in full transparency. Here is exactly what the founding period looks like. No surprises.

During the founding period

What you pay

Your own event costs — exactly as you would at any dinner with a friend. I will always tell you the cost before anything is booked. No surprises.

  • Your share of each physical event — confirmed and communicated at least two weeks before. You never pay for something without knowing the full cost first.
  • Full payment due two weeks before each event. No payment on the night.
  • The cost covers your share of the venue, food, and any included soft drinks or teas. Alcohol is always optional and personal — never included in the shared cost.
  • Virtual evenings: free. No cost to attend.
  • No membership fee at any point during the six months. None.
  • If you cannot attend an event you have paid for: I will do my best to find a replacement from the waitlist so your payment is not wasted. No guarantees — but I will always try.

After the founding period

What you receive

At the end of six months, She Has Arrived membership opens at £39 per month. As a founding member, your rate is locked for life — it will never increase, whatever the standard rate becomes for women who join later.

  • Two fully included private dining experiences per year — the meal and soft drinks or teas are covered by your membership. Alcohol is personal and optional unless the event is a bottomless dining format, in which case it is included. Rooms revealed three weeks before, never publicly named.

The nomination

You were chosen.
Now you choose someone.

Every founding circle member may invite one woman to join them at events — a friend, a colleague, a woman she believes belongs in the room. This is not a formal nomination. It is an extension of the invitation you received.

01

Who to bring

Someone you would trust in any room. Someone who would make the evening better for everyone at the table. Someone who, when she walks through the door, you think: yes, she belongs here. It does not matter what she does for a living — it matters who she is in a room. One guest per founding circle member. That guest does not automatically become a founding circle member — but she will be warmly considered for the September application window.

02

How to bring her

Copy the link from your browser address bar and send it directly to her. She reads this page in her own time and signs up below in her own name. Or simply message Lola directly with her name — that is enough. No formal process. No form to fill in together. You have already told us everything we need to know by thinking of her. She will receive a warm personal message from Lola. When the September window opens, her name is at the front of the consideration list.

How to share it: Copy the URL from your browser address bar right now and send it to her directly — WhatsApp, email, however you prefer. This page is not public and not searchable. It belongs to you and the one person you choose to bring into the room.

Questions answered

Everything you want
to know before you say yes.

If something is not here, message Lola directly — via the chat below, or however you first received this link.

Do I have to commit to all six months?

There is no formal commitment — no contract, no penalty for missing an event. What I will say honestly is this: when one chair is empty, the room feels it. I chose each woman because I believed she would want to be there. The founding period works best when the circle is present. If something comes up, just let me know. If September turns out to be a better moment for you, your name goes straight to the front of the consideration list and nothing is lost.

What exactly do I pay for, and when?

Your own share of each event cost — exactly as you would at any dinner with a friend. I will always tell you the cost and the venue format before anything is booked. Payment is split between attendees on the night or via a split payment app — no invoices, no advance payments. There is no membership fee during the founding period. The only cost is your own dinner.

What happens at month six — am I automatically a member?

No. At month six Lola will reach out personally — a call or a message — before anything is made public. I will tell you the She Has Arrived membership is opening and that your founding rate is locked for life at £39 per month. You activate if and when you choose to. There is no automatic enrolment, no card charged without your agreement, no awkward conversation if you decide the timing is not right. The founding period is complete in itself regardless of what comes next.

What is the £39 per month for — what do I actually get?

Two fully included private dining experiences per year — the meal and all soft drinks or teas are covered by your membership. Alcohol is a personal choice at the bar and never included in the cost unless the event is a bottomless dining format. Venues are revealed three weeks before each event, never publicly named. Monthly speaker evenings. Full member directory. Airport lounge access worldwide. Private gallery evenings. Theatre priority. Exceptional hotel rates. The annual gala with partners welcome. Everything live from month seven — the founding period is your preview. As a founding member, your rate of £39 per month is locked for life.

What is "W.I.S.O.N." — where is she off to now and am I eligible?

"W.I.S.O.N." — where is she off to now — is the Gatherelle founding tier. Fifty seats. A small private circle of accomplished women from entirely different fields. Four quarterly private dinners in rooms never publicly named. Priority Pass covered by Gatherelle. Your guest at the annual gala covered by Gatherelle. A founding rate locked for life. Membership is by invitation from Lola only — it is not an application. Exceptional founding circle members will receive a personal conversation with Lola about "W.I.S.O.N." — where is she off to now when the time is right. Lola notices.

Can I bring my employer into this?

Yes — She Has Arrived membership is available as a corporate benefit from September 2026, invoiced directly to your organisation at £468 per year. If your employer funds your membership, the experience is entirely yours — the welcome box is addressed to you personally, the vetting was yours, the seat is yours. The employer pays. You belong. During the founding period, event costs are personal — this is not a corporate arrangement yet, and that is intentional. You are here as yourself, not as an employee.

Will my photographs be used?

Only with your explicit written consent — a one-page model release form you sign before the first event. You approve any image before it is posted anywhere. You can withdraw consent at any time. The founding period photographs become the most important content Gatherelle will ever produce — but only if every woman in them has chosen to be part of that story. No photograph is used without a signed release. No names are tagged without additional consent.

Who else is in the founding circle?

A small group of accomplished women, personally chosen by Lola. I am not publishing the list — the founding circle is private and the women in it have not consented to being publicly associated with Gatherelle yet. What I will say: the circle is drawn from entirely different fields. No two women in direct professional competition with each other. That is intentional — when the women at the table are not competing, trust comes naturally. You will meet everyone at the first evening.

I am in

Say yes to the room
before anyone else finds it.

Fill in the form below to confirm your place in the Gatherelle Founding Circle. This is not a payment — it is your yes. Lola will be in touch personally within 24 hours to confirm the first event and answer any questions. She reads every response herself.

Photography & media consent

Gatherelle events are photographed to document the founding period. Please tick what you are comfortable with. None of these are required to attend — they are your personal preferences.

Your full name will never be tagged publicly without separate written permission. You may withdraw consent for any specific image at any time by messaging Lola directly. A signed one-page model release form will be sent to you before the first event to confirm these preferences in writing.

This is not a payment or a formal contract. It is your yes. Lola reads every response personally and will be in touch within 24 hours. Your information is held securely under UK GDPR and never shared. Gatherelle is registered with the ICO.

You are in the room.

Lola will be in touch within 24 hours — personally, not automatically. Her number is the one she used to reach you.

Once confirmed, please complete the photography consent form — it takes two minutes and means Lola can use the founding circle photography from day one. Welcome to the founding circle. You were chosen because of who you are. What happens next will show you exactly why.
